We can also handle process outside our service areas. Call or e-mail for details and pricing.

Process Service Fees:

• Bexar County - $60.00 per defendant (first paper)
  Additional papers (same defendant) $25.00 per paper
  
  
• Seven (7) County Service Area - $80.00 per defendant (1st paper)
  Additional papers (same defendant) $25.00 per paper
  
  
• Outside Service Area - Beginning at $90.00 & up per defendant (1st paper)
  Additional papers (same defendant) $25.00 & up

Filing Fees:

• $25.00 with process service, $40.00 without service
  (trip charge applies if outside Bexar County)

Subpoena Preparation:

• $20.00

Courier Service (inside & outside Bexar County):

Affidavit of Service Returns (notarized):

• No charge with service

Post Office Check:

• Free with routine service, $25 charge for rush service

Rush Service:

• Add $25.00 to above pricing
  (First attempt within 12-24 hours.)
  


• Add $50.00 to standard service pricing
  (4-hour rush from reception of documents or retrieval. This pertains to papers to be Retrieved, faxed, e-mailed or delivered overnight.)
  
  
• Add $100.00 to above pricing for immediate service (For papers that are picked up, faxed, e-mailed or delivered overnight.)
  


• ALL RUSH charges are in ADDITION to standard service costs.
